“The place was perfect for my wife and I for a weekend get away! It is in the middle of everything happening downtown and is in walking distance to anything you’d want to do. The place had all the essentials covered and met all our needs. It can be louder at night and early morning - but we knew that going in an brought a sound ma ch one and did just fine ”

“The garage door lock didn’t work, I did call property management and they didn’t answer or call me back, one kitchen light was broken and the coffee table was broken too. With minimum effort and work on those details the stay may be perfect ”

The backyard pool and sitting area is beautiful and quiet. We loved sitting outside by the pool to read during the day and to have a glass of wine in the evenings. Kirsten, the host, is very responsive to questions and is very easy to get in touch with!”

“We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The FROG (Furnished Room over Garage!) was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel incredibly comfortable and inviting. The location was perfect—close to everything, which made getting around so easy. Whether we wanted to explore local attractions, dine out, or just enjoy the area, everything was within a short distance. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had stayed at a hotel in Jacksonville the night before that had stickly floors and was just yuk... and so when we stepped into this unit and it just smelled clean and looked clean, we were so relieved! It is a very small place... fine for two people and we did have two visitors, but you wouldn't have very many guests visiting here comfortably. The kitchen is too small to really cook a big meal, but I don't remember the last time we did that traveling, so it was fine. They had coffee and……

“Very clean apartment. Furniture wasn’t very comfortable but honestly we weren’t there much to use it. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Convenient location as well. Would recommend if only going for 2-3 days but not longer. ”
