“this place has everything you need and is close to everything in the historic district. It seems newly renovated , comfortable bed and even the built in bunk bed area worked out great for my adult daughter. i would give it 5 stars but there were issues with the keypad causing us to have to call a few times. if the owner knew there were issues with the lock”

“Communication prior to check in was fantastic. When we arrived the parking was easy with a lot of room. We entered the house easily and it was amazingly clean. Danny left us a bottle of the local wine (which we are familiar with) and love. The house is within walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants and it’s also within walking distance of the historic part of town and the river. We will definitely stay here anytime we get a chance to visit St. Augustine. ”
