“Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!”

“Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!”

“We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!”

“This is a five star property! Anytime we emailed with questions Vacasa was very quick to respond with the information we needed. This was a mom and daughter trip and we felt very safe the whole time we stayed here. The accommodations were perfect and met all of our expectations. We will definitely be back! Oh and also the 2 minute walk to the beach was amazing. And the 5 minute walk to Raw Bar was perfect for our dinners out. Thank you for the most wonderful time!”

It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. “Swift Beach community was the easy and peaceful getaway we were looking for. It was a short commute from the greater Boston area. The neighborhood was quiet with a quick walk to the beach. There were plenty of play grounds, walk paths, restaurants, and other activities for the whole family. We loved being able to bring the doggo and include him in the fun. ”

Brendan was very communicative, and the house had many extras that were great for kids, including a beach wagon, beach and house toys, even a stepstool in the bathroom! Proximity to the beach was amazing, just a few minutes walk and we loved being able to walk just up the road to get breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.”
