“The hotel was slightly above average only because the staff I interacted with were all amazingly friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and helpful. That's where the "qvove average" ends. “When I got checked into my room, I found out the air conditioner fan wasn't working. I went back down to the front desk. They immediately found me a new room (upgraded at no extra cost). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is not an elevator so that's a negative but I made it. Some great antique shops that are right there. ”
