“Very nice place, nice location, easy walk to the river, everything worked, kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable, the house overall was very comfortable. Only a couple of minor issues, one of the electrical sockets had fallen out of the wall and a couple of the fans felt kind of flimsy. “Clear Instructions on what to do when checking out would be more helpful ”

“While the property itself is a bit remote (we liked that part), it is maybe 5 miles from downtown Calistoga. Beautiful new house. Gorgeous views. Very relaxing and quiet, but with all first class comforts.”

“The information about the property was inaccurate. The owner was not available when we got there and didn’t get back to us about the lack of beds until the middle of the night. Then he claimed he wasn’t paid in a rude manner. He was paid through the app. He then was threatening about accessing part of the property with the same address although his family also tried contacting owner with no luck. ”

“Beautiful home that easily accommodated our large group of friends. The one downside for my music-loving friends was that there is no music allowed outside on the property. Otherwise it was an absolutely perfect visit!”

“House was in a great location. It was walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and other places of interest. We never got to cook in but the house had all you would need. We were a family of four couples so each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We did wish more than one bedroom had a king bed. Great host and addressed any problems we had, quickly!”

“My friends and I had a wonderful time at David's property. The house, pool, and hot tub were as described and comfortably fit my group of 12. David was also very responsive to any questions I had. ”
