“Never received a Welcome note or check in to the rental. Had to reach out to the property owner to gain access. No instructions on the stay or expectations. Arrived to a dirty house, left as it was from the previous renter. Cleaners didn't come until 10am the next day and spent over 3 hours cleaning. We didn't have access until after 1pm. Huge disruption to our stay. After communicating with the owner she agreed to refund a portion of our stay. And that never happened. Filed a dispute with……
