“Room/Bathroom clean. Comfortable bed. Very quiet in spite of being right on the highway. Stayed two nights…bed made and fresh towels following my first night’s stay. Weather was hot, but the room was comfortably cool. I would stay here again. Good location. Friendly staff. ”

“This place has its quirks--it's an old motel that's been well renovated, but don't expect it to have the smoothed-over slickness of a fancy chain motel. Look at the photos, and you'll know what to expect. What it does have going for it is an unrivaled view of the Mississippi from high atop a bluff and lovely places to sit outdoors. ”

“We did not have pets but it would be very welcoming, this is my second time staying here for a fishing trip on the river and again it did not disappoint, the outdoor patio is an excellent place to hang out being that it is completely enclosed with windows so you don't have to worry about those nasty mosquitoes. Will definitely stay again.”
