“This was our second stay and we visited for 10 days this time because we enjoyed our visit last year so much!What a wonderful view and cozy, quiet surroundings - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck with our grandson. Sipping coffee in the early morning on the deck was just as enjoyable. We plan on returning next spring! We have found our favorite Tennessee haven! Ralph is especially kind and provides immediate responses to texts. We had no problems……

“We enjoyed the easy access to the highway. There were plenty of dishes and pans to cook meals. The grocery store is only 8 minutes away. Also, the porch right off the kitchen was nice for enjoying the sun and morning coffee. There were several board game options for evening activities. Two things to note for planning a stay at this home are there is not a dishwasher and the pull out couch is made out of assembling couch cushions, so it is not a sleeper sofa. ”

“The place was perfect with a great host. I was a relaxing view and peaceful place to take a break and visit with friends who lost everything in Helene last year. Greenville is a Historic town as is the State of Franklin area. This was the perfect place for us and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. We hope to be back again.”

“This property was the perfect mountain getaway. About an hours drive from Bristol and Asheville made for easy day trips. The property is absolutely beautiful and we saw a lot of wildlife! All of the furniture was updated and very comfortable and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. We will hopefully be coming back in the future!”
