However the apartment is sorely in need of maintenance - the windows are drafty, the walls are patched and the bathrooms floors are peeling up - making it hard to shut the doors. We had no communication with the property manager besides the introductory email with the codes.”

“Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and……

“Great price for location and photos are 100% accurate for the 3rd floor unit we rented. King bed was a treat, as was the City Bakery and Bone & Broth restaurant on ground floor. But 1600sf in description is likely a typo; more like 4-or-500sf and the bathroom is tight. Place is spotless and everything is stocked and in working order. You can walk to middle of downtown shops in 15mins. As VRBO owners ourselves, we can say we'd stay here again.”

“Small but mostly well appointed. Needs a full length mirror and a mirror in the bed room. King bed is WAY too large for space. No bedside tables with reading lamps. Can barely squeeze onto closet side of bed. ”

“Nicely renovated old building in gentrifying area on busy intersection. Lots of noise from the road and minimal parking (1 spot if you can find one) Rooms are small! No table to eat or entertain at. Limited seating in living room (seating for 4 people max) Bedroom with attached bath has a king bed with only 8" on the side and end to get into bed! It also blocked the closet door making it difficult to access or hang anything up. A queen bed would still be tight but at least allow access to both……

CONS:- Lots of street noise.- Low water pressure.- 3rd floor w/ no elevator (41 steps total).- Internet dips in and out frequently.Would totally stay again and highly recommend. ”

“The property was clean and had everything we needed for my family of four. We really loved the location. It was over a great bakery/ breakfast place and a restaurant. There are also quaint and delicious restaurants within walking distance from the condo. This condo has been updated but a few elements have been kept to make it very charming, like original wood floors and doors. We had a good time there. ”
