“Leon's house worked out great for us. We just needed a place to stay for 1 night as we were attending a wedding. We did not do anything but sleep there so I cannot speak to any shopping or restaurants nearby. It was good for what we needed. It was clean and Leon was quick to reply if I had questions.”

Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. “Cozy little place to stay that was fully stocked for a fair price compared to others in the area. Plenty of parking and quiet even with the tattoo shop below. “I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. “I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ... ”
