“This is a perfect place for a multigenerational family stay! I booked this for my son’s graduation from Penn State and stayed with my father and 23 year old son. This is a great option when all the hotels in State College are booked up and Penn State is a lovely 45 minute drive away. “My friends and I enjoyed our stay! Place was clean, cozy and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the water and saw a bald eagle fly over. We had a lovely Fall getaway. Property is located just outside of town, so convenient to shopping and restaurants. ”

“Adequate home. Small but ok for my needs. Did not like that bathroom is on first floor and bedroom upstairs. Air conditioning was difficult to operate. I would use it again fir a single person ”

“Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. ”
