“We absolutely loved our stay at this farmhouse! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, even with labels in the kitchen. The wraparound porch has a ton of interesting seating options. The kitchen and dining room are large and easy to use and there was a ton of pantry space. The house was easy to find and very private. “We came to Dayton for the Christmas holiday. We needed a space that was large and clean and had room for small children. We had 6 adults and 3 children. We had a 6 month old baby, a 14 month toddler and a 3 year old. The house was not fancy but very clean and comfortable. I had asked the owner if they could put up a Christmas tree and they really went all out on decorating for Christmas! They even had Christmas tableware! “Lovely place to stay with beautiful views of farm land surrounding this big house that has everything you need for a vacation stay. We were attending a national dog show at the Robert’s Center and we were very happy to enjoy this property with our dogs. Host was very responsive when we couldn’t get the garage door shut one day. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away.”
