“The Apartment was very fresh and in very clean shape. Very private area, not many folks around, at least late Sept. Fabulous view of a Maine bay, couple of boats in the bay, and just awesome watching the tide roll in and out. Great prices on lobster in the area, not far from a ton of great sights. Property manager did an excellent job with us. No stove, but a couple of induction burners that worked just fine with us as well as no dishwasher, but again - no problem. Well supplied with……

We had parking behind our building, but didn’t need our car unless we wanted to venture out of town. We went during the week of the Maine Lobster Festival and had easy access, within walking distance, to everything Rockland had to offer: the lobster festival at Harbor Park, the ferry to Vinalhaven and North Haven, art galleries,……

“We stayed here with our adult children and grandson while visiting family in the area. This was our second time staying here and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space to spread out and a great kitchen to prep food to bring to family Thanksgiving! The hosts were great and very responsive when we had questions. Shuffle board was a definite plus!!”

“We’ve stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The place is very spacious, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The location provides ready access to the Farnsworth Museum, local galleries and several great restaurants. We came this year for the Lobster Festival which is a 5 minute walk from the unit. It’s the first time we came during a very hot stretch. The owners were kind enough to provide a portable cooling unit that kept the apartment comfortable. We hardly recommend!”

“Walked the house initially and it smelled like a wet basement, we opened all the windows and had the humidifier going but it didn’t help. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because the owners hadn’t paid the bill. That got fixed the next day. Sheets were dirty on the master bedroom. Twice we had to call Maine water to fix the water. We called to get the place cleaned and they never sent any one and there was no cable. In the bathroom there was black mold in the shower. It was awful.”
