“Great management, very clean, had everything in the kitchen, comfortable beds, even a pen for a dog. The sky was beautiful at night. It was very quiet. We were very close to hiking trails and the lighthouse. We had a nice time at Christmas.”

“Everything was beyond expectations. The neighborhood was quiet. The stars were visible and a nice deck to enjoy the experience. Big back yard for the dogs to explore. The kitchen was large and well stocked. One of the best features was large windows throughout the house so you could take in stunning sunsets.We went to the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and it was a short drive away.The house is very classy and it has alot of interesting facts about its history.We would come back. “Took my kids for the first time for a short trip home to Maine, It was a perfect trip staying in the perfect place centered right in the middle of everything ive missed so much about home, close to the beach, light house and amazing views from the house. ”

It's located in a quiet, riverfront area for a peaceful stay. Only the turkeys, squirrels, and an occasional lobster boat to get your attention. Just perfect. I highly recommend this property.”

“This house has a great location and lovely views on the water, but should not be allowed to be on the rental market in its current condition. It is filthy and dirty full of mildew that will hit you as soon as you enter. We asked to be moved but the nearest option was 2 1/2 hours away which was not acceptable. The house needs a deep cleaning!!! The furniture and flooring were stained, there were dirty cups in the cabinets, cobwebs everywhere and you couldn’t escape the mildew. There were two……

“We stayed here for almost two weeks in late June/early July. The location was great for our purposes (we come to the area each summer to see family who live just minutes away), and we enjoyed walks with our preschooler down to the little beach to hunt for sea glass. We also liked the large yard and beautiful newer deck for added enjoyment outside - the view is lovely. The house is an older farmhouse with some updates; we expected and enjoyed the more vintage touches. The upstairs can get hot,……
