“Stayed here for my daughters graduation from The University of Tennessee. Go VOLS :) I wish we had more time as the location is prefect. Easy to get to campus and Knoxville. The location is peaceful and very relaxing. The "tiny" house was perfect. Will definitely book again upon returning to Knoxville. ”

“We had an excellent stay. The details of the property was spot on . We had no problems so we did not have to reach out but it was nice that the host reached out to us to make sure everything was well. We will definitely stay here again. If I could rate it higher than a 5 star I would.”

“Yes, this resort is a little outdated and could use some upgrades - but, overall fantastic! You get your monies worth and then some. Stayed with a 3 & 6 year old and they enjoyed the butterfly area & build a bear activities in addition to the waterpark area. Friendly staff. Clean room & spacious. Nice to have a kitchen & washer/dryer in the unit. Fun free popsicle cart poolside for kids & cheap cabana rental for the day. Highly recommend!”
