“We greatly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our three families. All issues and questions were quickly handled by our host. I especially appreciated when we asked about a crockpot they brought one over same day. The second kitchen was great for cooking for the large group. The only thing I might add to the description is that the driveways are steep and it might be nice to add a larger or second grill. ”

“This was a great house to stay in. It was very clean. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. It is in a great area and easy to get to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg and driving through the Smoky Mountains. It was very nice having a pool and clubhouse to use. Would definitely recommend this place and we would stay there again! ”

“Loved that Forrest had so many wonderful amenities that typically are not included in most VRBO‘s including breakfast snacks, eggs, tons of videos & games . The back patio had a beautiful Mountain View with a lynx , chickens and a 300 gallon fish tank to enjoy. kitchen fully stocked with appliances and condiments. Forrest was very quick to respond and help with any needs that came up. I highly recommend this outstanding VRBO.”
