“The scenery was amazing. The master bedroom could use a better remote, perhaps a mattress topper? Or the option for a mattress topper. Plenty of outside seating. The rear porch was a little crowded. Will definitely have to book again, and bring inner tubes and rope. The house was clean, the neighbourhood was quiet. Was discouraged not catching any fish. But that’s how the luck goes sometimes. Beautiful set up. And for the most part comfortable. ”

“This is a nice place set away from the hustle, bustle of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge area. All the attractions and activities are a relatively short drive away. The host is was very responsive.Our family took full advantage of the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The view from the covered porch was beautiful, we spent a lot of time enjoying it! The drive up to the house is a bit daunting if you're not used to mountains, hills. We saw black bears on the property! We would definitely recommend this……

Location was convenient and close to lots to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, etc. Home was as described, we enjoyed time in game room area with pool table and big TV's for catching all the NBA playoff games. “We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and perfect for our group of 12 adult extended family members ages 20-85. We enjoyed each bedroom having its own bath, the two dining tables w lots of seating for everyone to sit together, and many different areas to gather like the back deck, theater room, game room and family room. There is lots to do both in the house and the neighborhood. Our group played pickleball and mini golf (paddles, balls and clubs are provided if needed). The……

“Amazing house with awesome amenities. Construction in neighborhood was not an issue for us but might be for a little time with young kids. House was clean clean clean and all appliances and items were top notch. Best stay in area thus far out of 10 or more. ”
