“The Superior Double room we booked for two nights was clean and comfortable although the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent - conversation as well as the tv in the adjacent room could easily be heard. All the staff we met were friendly and efficient. There was a large group of children (possibly a sports team) also staying in the hotel and the accompanying adults were content to ignore their noisy and unruly behaviour whilst in the hotel and grounds. Obviously this lack of concern……

“The room above us was very nosy re the floor boards from 2am till 5am so very little sleep was possible and the mattress was very hard. Although we have stayed there many times this unfortunately was not one of the better visits.”

“We really loved our stay at Inn at Cheltenham Parade. Our room had a lovely big comfortable bed with great facilities. The veggie breakfast was delicious and we would stay here again!”

“We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again.”
