“We stayed here for an anniversary weekend and it was perfect! A cute and cozy room, but plenty spacious enough for two adults. The hot tub and outdoor tv and overall vibes in the outdoor area were so perfect! We were close enough to everything and were able to walk to a lot, but just far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle in the evenings. We’d absolutely stay here again! ”

“Great base of operations for Fredericksburg! Walking distance to all of downtown and covered off-the-street parking. And a hot tub!This is a great little spot. It is small, but has everything you need. As a place to drop your stuff and sleep, it’s perfect.Loved the creek and the property. I watched the deer and a skunk who made a nightly foray down the bank.We will definitely be keeping this place in our list to visit again.”

“We traveled to Fredericksburg for a 2 night mini vacation. A few months before we went, i researched places to stay. I found this location and loved the simple beauty of it. Since it was in June, the heat had already arrived. I can't tell you how amazing the air conditiining was in that room. It was blissful after a hot day of wandering around. The shower was also really big which my husband and I loved. We didn't feel cramped at all. The only thing we wish they would have incorporated, was a……

“Outstanding small property for a couple. Clean and modern. Outdoor area was great for afternoons and the location is perfect for walking to everything. Definitely a do over and if you have a larger group there is an adjacent property that could be added.”
