“Location was great, right on the town square. Didn’t take any pictures of the place. We were only in town for one night. Very clean. Memory foam beds. An odd smell upon entering the room, likely the type of room spray used to keep things fresh. After about a minute the nose acclimated and it was no issue. “I booked this for my in-laws and they absolutely loved it. The house is absolutely adorable and so cozy. They loved their stay! The owners were quick with responses. “I was super surprised at this property for the price!! IT IS AMAZING!!! It is within walking distance to almost everything Fredericksburg. This will be my go-to from now on when staying there. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, and we literally walked everywhere. The screened-in porch was a nice touch, and you could hear all the evening festivities from there, but it did not hinder when you tried to go to bed at night. Very clean and well kept.”
