“Everything was as advertised. The cottage was very clean and just a few blocks from main street. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great suggestions about where to eat, wineries they like etc. It was the perfect place for our long weekend.”

“Great location if you want to be close to shopping and not have to drive anywhere. A little noisy in the early morning hours but very quiet at night. The amenities are nice, I.e. hot tub, shower however the bathroom only has one functional hook and not much counter space. We appreciated the Keurig but fridge is small and has no freezer for ice storage. Overall a good time. ”

“You (VRBO) need to immediately remove this listing from your service. To start, it's very deceptive. The property "management" is not upfront about what this is, which is a disgusting, creepy room rental. It is NOT a bed & breakfast. Which I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat a damn thing from the people who run it, much less, cook in that kitchen! The management team/owners are deceptive. “It was a cute and cozy old cabin, in a good location, but you could make some improvements. They put the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels. Also the toilet had low pressure to flush. In the beds, the cheapest pillows. The only trash can was a small one in the bathroom, they provided a bigger one with trash bags upon request. Also they could add an actual coffee table. “We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The cabins were definitely more than glamping?? In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful! We played tennis and pickleball all day and because of the lights on the court - we played well……
