“We had an incredible week at this beautifully remodeled 1940s house! The charm of the original architecture combined with modern updates made our stay truly special. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fun of Fredericksburg's Main Street, we enjoyed exploring the shops and dining options. “My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy.”

“Polly is the perfect host. She made us feel at home right away. She met us when we drove up to the house, showed us around and made us feel that it was our home. Polly had all the dog stuff ready for us and my dogs loved the back yard. Great place to stay and we'll be back.”
