“We celebrated my 50th w/22 guests & we were all trying to find a way to describe this property. The word we all agreed on was EPIC!!From the moment of booking, John made everything easy!! People flew into San Antonio & Austin, rented passenger vans & were at the ranch in 2 hours. This place is beyond unique!!! The adventurous dirt road leads you to the property & out of nowhere, Red Sands towers before you. We didn’t know what to do first; the water slide, diving board, golf cart ride, lounge……

“We took our bunco group on the road from Seabrook, TX. The house was more than perfect for 18 women! We had plenty of space & it accommodated us nicely! We spent one day doing wine tours/Luckenbach/shopping and dinner at Vaudeville. We had a private chef come in another day while we played bunco. We also had a full moon during our trip. It was all so spectacular!! There’s a group of sheep with a Donkey Shepard that graze around. The fish feeders go off twice a day in the pond and that’s fun to……

“The place was amazing. And i would stay there again. I didnt like we had to check in at 4pm on the dot when we just asked to go in about 45 min early so we had to wait outside the gate. The only other thing is the propane was empty so could use the fire pit at night”

“The place is beautifully and filled with memories. Its far away from civilization. Quiet and peaceful place in the hill country. Me and my family loved this property we walked all around the property. If you like taking pictures of the stars this place is also great. We were able to take some great pictures. Loved the glass roof over one of the beds. Overall I would definitely stay here again.”

“I came to stay with adult family, while on a weekend in Fredericksburg. The place is stunning, perfectly clean and views for miles. We had the most peaceful evening watching the golden sunset light while the Longhorns grazed by. We brought our telescope and did some star gazing too! Got perfect views of several planets and nebulae. There was a gas grill, fire-pit, and hot tub. Can't wait to visit again. ”

“We had a wonderful time. We had family down from Michigan and they thought it was just beautiful there! Our only issues were water pressure in the downstairs shower and some electrical wiring in the kitchen. What a cool house!”
