“The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to downtown and the river. Pastries, juice, milk, cereal and coffee for breakfast. That was a nice treat. The sheets on the bed were dreamy! “I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city. ”

“Such a beautiful place! Very well equipped and appointed. It was very clean and comfortable at the perfect location between Enchanted Rock and Fredericksburg. The owners are very kind, but not intrusive at all. No complaints at all. Highly recommended. ”

“We really enjoyed the retro details like the record player, checkered flooring, handles and of course the beautiful retro RV. Our favorite part was the bathroom. We were provided towels and robes along with a super pretty interior. Although it was too cold to go in the pool, we had an overall great experience.”

“Blue Skies, Miss Lottie was a beautiful much needed getaway for us! The property is secured, and was very easily accessible for being self check in. Everything was well maintained. Restroom and shower area was super fun, and if you are lucky enough to have the grounds to yourself like we did its a HUGE bonus! The pool was small, clean and very well maintained. Looking forward to our next stay real soon! ”

“Contigo Ranch is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Just sitting on the porch, either in front or the back, one can observe wonderful wildlife such as deers, wild turkeys, humming birds, road runners and the ever talking colony of Purple Martins. The flowering Sage added just the perfect touch of color. The breakfast delivered in picnic basket in the morning was very good. ”
