“I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city. ”

We were provided towels and robes along with a super pretty interior. Although it was too cold to go in the pool, we had an overall great experience.”

“Contigo Ranch is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Just sitting on the porch, either in front or the back, one can observe wonderful wildlife such as deers, wild turkeys, humming birds, road runners and the ever talking colony of Purple Martins. The flowering Sage added just the perfect touch of color. The breakfast delivered in picnic basket in the morning was very good. ”

“The house was ok. There is only one room with an actual door. The other 2 rooms have sliding a barn door and you can see into the room, so don't use this one if you need privacy. Most of the dining chairs were broken. Overall the property wasn't bad, but for the price I expected much better quality. The Expedia listing is also deceiving. “Nice place but wished we knew we didn’t have access to grill and hot tub ”

“When we got to the property, there was toilet paper thrown on the patio deck, a long piece of aluminum siding on the deck. Hot tub not working, fire pit not working (no propane), loose parts and trash on side of deck. My wife hurt her foot, hitting it on a loose plank on the deck. The plank was sticking up about two inches higher than the rest. On the inside the sink had a broken valve handle and just left on the counter. “Place was nice and relaxing ”

“Most hotels provide Kleenex, napkins in kitchen area, a few k-cups to go with the Keurig coffee maker, chairs, and plenty of lighting. This was supposed to be an expensive high-end cottage, and for the price charged, it was not as comfortable as a medium-priced hotel. It took several tries to get a TV remote, one window was broken, walkway lights were broken, and sofa (only seating area in whole one-room cottage) was too low and too deep to be comfortable. ”
