“Stayed for girls night out in Arlington. Accommodated 4 of us comfortably and was so comfortable, cozy, spotlessly clean, and quiet. Communication with host was fast and helpful. One of the best parts was enjoying morning coffee in the picturesque garden/ back patio. A wonderful quiet respite of a stay amongst the fun hustle and bustle of Arlington/DC. Perfect! Will stay again!”

“Great place to stay while visiting the Arlington/DC area. Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 4 adults. House had everything we needed and more. House was very clean and the rental process was seamless. Great experience and highly recommended. ”

“The location was very convenient for us and the accommodations were nice. It would have been helpful if the listing noted that to access some of the bedrooms requires going down some fairly steep steps for those who may have mobility challenges.”

“This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs. “Very nice, quiet neighborhood in the hustle & bustle of the city. The house is wonderful and it's easy to access the bus and metro system. Great for day trips in and out of the city!! Parking in the garage is great!! Been was an amazing host!! I would recommend this house. ”
