“Excellent location, peaceful porch swing, tidy home, nice shower. Everything we needed for a short stay to explore the area. Host was responsive and kind! Note the sofa bed for extra guest is a very typical sofa bed in terms of comfort. Living room has less privacy, does have blackout window curtains, one open door to kitchen, door between living room and bedroom is sliding style with gaps. Parking was easy. Would stay again!”

“My husband and I absolutely loved staying here with our 2 dogs. Everything was immaculate and as shown in the pics. Our dogs loved the property and had a ton of fun running circles around the house. A huge perk is that it was fenced in so we had no worries about them getting out.The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The town is very walkable with cute shops, food, and a beach. We would highly recommend staying at this property. We will definitely be back!”

“This was perfect for what we needed as we had an event at the Foxwood Casino. It wasn't too far from Mystic which was good for us when we wanted to venture out. The only thing I would say needs to be clarified is that, though there is AC, it's a window unit in one bedroom down stairs and one upstairs. The first day we arrived it was a very hot day so that was a little disappointing but the rest of the week wasn't as hot and we were able to run the fan in the kitchen and use an extra fan we……

“Hosts were wonderful- responded to all my questions super fast. House was perfectly clean- also totally surprised and impressed by the huge tea/coffee spread, complete with mini chocolates, no detail left out! “There are not enough superlatives to describe both the property as well and the hospitality and professionalism of our hosts. Welcome messages were personalized, communication was timely, the property premises were impeccable and as advertised. Debbie was very solicitous, making sure we had no questions or issues and that we had everything we needed. “First time in Mystic, CT, the Arden House was the perfect location for our two night visit. Surrounded by a local marina, it was a short relaxing walk to Downtown Mystic for a variety of shops, restaurants and of course, the famous Mystic Pizza shop! Lovely picture opportunity while on the nearby bridge linking two towns. Our full day in the area took us to Mystic Seaport Museum and Olde Mystic Village both less than 10 minutes away by car with free parking. The Arden House was comfortable,……

"The room was full of dog hair, the bathroom had dogs bathing in it and the smell was very pungent, the bathroom had the most dog hair in it, room cleanliness and hygiene must be upgraded. Environment and facilities are good."
