“The studio was small but comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent: just a block from Rockaway Beach, close to great restaurants, and convenient to the S train. Our son attends college on Long Island and my husband and I were looking for an alternative to a hotel because prices are crazy! This unit is exactly what we were looking for.
