“The outdoor area is amazing. This is where you will most likely eat your meals if you are a large group. They have a small table in the living area but it wasn't bad. The breeze keeps it cool, the hot tub was great, my children enjoyed fishing. The house stayed cool, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was amazing. I have an 11m old baby and we put his playpen up in the room with the double queen beds. It was prefect!! Was able to close the curtain and give him a little closed off……

“We enjoyed our time at Little Bay! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view was relaxing, and the location was perfect—right by the fishing pier with a front-facing water view. Plus, the pool and close proximity to the beach really added to our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return in the future!”

“The beach was closed due to repairs of some sort, this was not mentioned. It would have been nice to have access to the beach area. I'm not sure if this was a pet friendly rental, sheets and blankets, living room area triggered allergies and asthma. Very NICE place for a short stay.”

“The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. But that is my only negative thing I can……

“My son-in-law, grandson, and I came down to POC for a few days of red fishing. Had a great time. The bunkhouse was very clean, communication with host was great, they were very accommodating. Will likely stay there again. ”
