“4 overall stars for a few small issues and preference. kitchen FULLY stocked! Love the little toiletry and kitchen essential kits. FYIs:King bed downstairs -is hard and not comfortable (to me). Maybe because it’s only a mattress on wood platform, no box spring. But bed upstairs is the same and the guests loved it -so just a preference. Also the AC unit is outside window of this room-loud when it comes on. We had our pets which had no issues with the stairs. But we did notice stickers in the yard……

“This was my second Time to stay at this property in a month. I was there with a friend in October. I loved the house so much I booked it for this past few days. I love everything about the house. The kitchen is so big and electric plugs everywhere. Even under the sink. I had problems with WiFi at first. The issue was resolved. I recommend this house for a truly clean experience. ”

“This place is gem. Very nicely situated with lots of space, a pool table, screened in porch, a pier with rails (rare), and a huge yard. The two king beds and all the bunk beds make it so easy to have several people stay. The house is so nicely stocked with so much more than I have ever seen. “The property was lovely and met all our needs. I did aptly misunderstand the listing, and thought there would be 3 bedrooms with beds, when there was 2 rooms with beds, and one with a pull out sofa. “arrived late Tuesday evening. the house was perfect. entered no problem. cooked breakfast next morning and headed to port aransas. was gone until Wednesday evening. everyone slept well. woke up Thursday morning, fixed breakfast and then cleaned up. the ten o'clock check out is a little difficult to meet, but we made it. we would definitely stay again. loved the house. thank you for having us.”

“My family enjoyed our stay, we were comfortable and it was very cozy. The only recommendations I would have is putting new pans as the ones available were in poor condition and dirty. Adding some trash bags for the big trashcan in the Kitchen and updating the time frame to get to Port Aransas as the listing shows 26 mins and the drive was over an hour. Besides those few minor things, everything else was great and would definitely recommend!!”

“Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. ”

We didn’t bring our pup this trip, but to see the love Kelli has for dogs was apparent. Bowls, dog bed, treats, etc for the fur babies was so nice to see! Will definitely be back with ours.
