“Property is very nice, well equipped and has great decks. Only ding is we love fishing and had hopes for the pier. The water in front of pier was a hiway everyday. Boats flying by so close we could not cast out. Maybe not alwa y s like this but that was our experience ”

Host was fantastic to deal with and made everything easy for us and responded with a fast turnaround at all hours of the day prior to our stay definitely worth it. Location of the house is perfect as far as going to Rockport ingelside and port .”

“I’m disabled and was expected to take trash to a dumpster that was not close. I hate when they charge cleaning fees and then you have to help them clean. Outside of that the cottage was very pretty and clean, parking was right next to it. ”

“This home is beautifully designed with high end decor and amenities! The pool, hot tub, outdoor living spaces and deck for fishing and water sports was perfectly designed and we spent most of our time out there. The kitchen and large family table was great for gathering and eating together. Lots of laughs shared. Each room and bed were beautiful and comfortable and had everything you needed. We used the grill and kitchen and everything worked great! We will be booking again I am sure. The Hosts……

“This unit needs to invest in new kitchen pots and pans, cookie sheets. All the equipment are so old and scratched up or rusty. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty from the previous renters. The towel bar the in guest bathroom didn’t have any towel on it when we checked in so I went to hang one on it and it fell off the wall. ”
