“The OBI was perfect location and price for my friend and I who had come to see the Sierra Ferrell concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. The room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and check in/out was easy. We Ubered to the show for only $10, and walked back after through the adjacent park and beach. Would definitely stay here again. Great value.”

“It has terrible smell in the room, it worth nothing, I just be stupid to spend money there, even the location is good , but the room facilities are horrible nightmare ”

“The property was in good condition for the closeness to the beach. Check in was fast and uneventful. The only complaint was the dogs barking late night. The property is a pet friendly property and it seems the guest with pets and without are all put in the same section of the hotel.”
