“Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. Mare bello sabbioso ma non super-trasparente come potrebbe essere puglia o sardegna.”

“Very clean and excellent location. We were travelling by car, so the on site parking was a godsend. Pietro was great with the communications and very quick to resolve any problems, as well as providing helpful suggestions. ”

“Hello, we are a family of 4 from South America. We stayed at the Piccolina Vacation Home and it was excellent. Very nice place with nice kitchen and bathroom. Nearby there is a little Piazza to get a coffee, pizza and to do laundry. Also, very friendly neighbors and a supermarket nearby. There is a bus stop just a couple minutes away that takes you straight to downtown to see the Sassi. Great place!”

“House was beautiful and clean but not very “homey” or comfy. There was outdoor seating (metal chairs) to fit our large family. But no indoor sitting space No couches or comfortable chairs to spend time together inside. No living room. Just a kitchen with table and metal bar type chairs. Kitchen very sparsely furnished a few old pans - not great to cool a meal. Listing said there was a hot tub and living room, grill , and washing machine. . But none there. There was a sports court.……

“Matera was our first stop on our Italy Trip. This property is spacious, well located in the center with spectacular views across the old town. Parking is near by, we paid 25 euros for each 24 hours, so 50 euros total, which was easy walk with case and no steps, which was ideal for us. Restaurant right next door done a fantastic breakfast and lunch salad which was reasonably priced. There are lots of places to eat around Matera so eating out was not a problem. Most attractions, cave house &……

“Wir wurden von den Vermietern und ihren Hunden nach den letzten 200 Meter langen recht buckeligen Fahrt sehr freundlich begrüsst. Es empfiehlt sich hier nicht zu tief gelegte Autos zu haben. Die Bilder auf dem Inserat sahen leider viel schöner aus. Es wurde inzwischen einiges verändert am Objekt. Leider war es auch nicht so sauber wie erhofft. Das lag zum einen mit an den Hunden, die mit auf dem Gelände sind und ihre Spuren auch hinterlassen ( schmutzige Kissen der Sitzecke, etc. ) . Das Objekt……

“Clean, organised and a great location. Host was great communicator. Had all the ammenities you could ask for and some extra luxuries such as shower robes. Thank you for a great experience.”

“Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets.”

“Wunderschönes, kleines Höuschen, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird und darüber hinaus Wasser, Kaffee, gekühltes Bier, Gewürze, Spül- und Waschmittel... Der Vermieter hat uns ein Restaurant empfohlen und dort sogar angerufen und uns angekündigt (wir bekamen sogar noch eine große Platte Pommes gratis). Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.”

“Bellissimo appartamento al centro di Matera, vicinissimo alla via principale del centro dove si trovano ristoranti e negozi. Da tener solo presente che se si arriva in auto a Matera occorrerà parcheggiare in uno dei parcheggi pubblici vicini”
