“My wife and I were celebrating 31 years of marriage. The cabin was very nice and very thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities you might need. We brought our Labrador with us. There was lots of space for him to run. The view was outstanding. It was very private and relaxing. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend the cabin to friends Joe & Laure”

“The pictures and even the written description DID NOT prepare us for the actual property. In short, our experience was AMAZING.To start the rooms and capacity were much larger than expected. And there was not one thing overlooked by the owners. Everything was extremely clean and neat and very well organized. Also, there were so many unexpected amenities…far too many to list.We enjoyed our extended holiday weekend family visit immensely!”

“We were in VA to celebrate our daughter's white coat ceremony at VMCVM. Most of our time was spent in Blacksburg, but we did explore Craytor Lake State Park and had dinner in Radford.This house was perfect for us. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. The area is beautiful and quiet. The property is very pet-friendly (we were traveling with our dog). She enjoyed walking along the road and got to see cows up close and personal for the first time. The listing is accurate……

“We had an amazing anniversary trip at this beautiful getaway! The pet friendly accommodations were perfect for our dogs, especially the back porch with a barrier that allows them to safely enjoy the outdoors. Though the barrier was a bit heavy, it was a thoughtful touch. The hot tub was such a relaxing treat, and we loved the special touches around the house. “My family had a fantastic stay. The indoor space was great for time together and time to spread out. My grandson loved the deck, hot tub and yard. Being on the New River trail was an added bonus. One of my top ranked VRBO stays ever.”

“Beautiful cabin near river. Very backwoods. Recommend truck because road is mostly gravel for a couple of miles. No cell service outside of cabin. Food, gas, and supplies several miles away (at least 15-20 mins). Grill had missing air vent on bottom causing sparks to come out a lot. Owner is super responsive! Jetted tub is nice. ”
