“This was our 4th stay at Kent’s Cabin. We come just to chill but if you wanted things to do there’s plenty of activities in the surrounding area.”

“We chose this location because it was close to where we were booked to go trout fishing. It was my husband and I and our adult son and his GF. The chalet was perfectly sized for the four of us but could easily accommodate more people if needed. The large deck with the outdoor seating was nice and the hammock was used by a couple of us to lounge. The sunsets were beautiful and we could see the lights of Wytheville below through the trees. The owner Brandy checked in with us upon arrival and was……

“Unable to get a hotel room so this was the only alternative. The RV was listed as big enough to sleep 4. Three would have been possible but 4 a stretch and there’s no way 4 people could have taken a hot shower. I got a lukewarm one day one (only in for several minutes) and my son’s was ice cold. Also the place was clean but smelled of stale beer. Also the AC ran constantly even though thermostat was set at 75 degrees. Place was frigid.”

“Wanted to get away for my wifes birthday. This was a perfect set up for just that.The only noise you hear is nature. The towns of Marion and Wytheville are small but provide small town charm. If your brave enough, take a trip to the Big Walker Lookout enough try the ”

“The check in process was a breeze. The property is beautiful and quiet. We had a situation arise and I contacted the host about additional people. He was fantastic and very understanding and accommodated us. Very kind person. The kids had a great time. If you're in the area, check out the Glow Haus!”

“Milda and Brandey did everything to make our stay blissful in this private, enchanted space. As Brandey predicted, the daffodils had started to bloom, which made for a beautiful backdrop along with the ponds. We had a small group for a ceremony and a buffet, eat-from-your-lap style dinner. The trails were lovely and the landscape design inspiring. We caught a fish and heard many types of birds including a barred owl and golden crowned kinglet. Chicadee's were nesting in the bird house.
