“Wonderful hotel,clean ,big and with very good price ”

“Excellent property. Well maintained. Staff is great … specially dining room staff. My wife and 2 daughter stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 5 days and it was perfect / amazing. Ver spacious with 2 bedrooms/ separate living dining area / 2 bathrooms. Restaurant staff was very nice and proficient. I personally dealt with the front desk and Door/Bell desk staff and found them excellent too. ”

“They said they did not have my booking noted in their system and turn me away. The staff don't speak English, I had to call the manager who basically told me to leave even after showing them the booking confirmation from Hotels.com ”

“The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number.”

“Even though we booked 2 night's stay, we stayed only for 8 hours. Check-in was in afternoon, and we informed the hotel about our late check-in due to international flight late arrival. We checked in at 3 a.m. (almost 13 hours late), still room was not ready or clean. After numerous requests, toiletries were finally provided at 9 a.m. Breakfast was also not at all satisfactory. The room given was next to reception and was so noisy that we could not sleep at all. Moreover, stay added to no……
