“Overall ok”

“Only a couple of negatives on my stay: The TV wouldn’t connect to cable so we had to have the front desk come help. We had to fix it like he did EVERY time we turned it off after that. Secondly, the bath tub had a low spot so we stood in a puddle during showers.”

“This hotel offers a pleasant western atmosphere and is very clean. The beds are comfortable, although the lighting in the rooms could be improved. It's conveniently located close to the university. However, I didn’t like the parking situation; the lot is located at the back, which means parking is a bit of a distance from the hotel. Additionally, the lighting in the parking lot, especially at the far end, isn’t the best.”

“Besides the great staff, we liked that the proximity to shopping and dining. Easy to navigate around the Lubbock area. The Breakfast area is very spacious and has lots of food to choose from.”
