“We stayed at the Bird House for my daughter graduation weekend from Texas State University. Great location - peaceful vibe in the pecan trees, yet just 12 minutes from TXST campus. House is cute and has everything we needed (except dishwasher!!). We enjoyed swinging in the porch hammocks, walking the property, and lounging indoors. Definitely a great getaway! ”

“I really appreciated the dog friendliness of the hotel and staff. Ive not stayed in a hotel with my dog before, so i was a little nervous. But the staff welcomed her and pet her and made sure to let me know they had treats for her. Nice variety of nearby restaurants. ”
