“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Three Sisters Casita 1. Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to include a small table and 2 chairs by the window for guests to eat at. We ate dinner in one night and it wasn’t as convenient or comfortable with the furniture available. The bed was great and we slept well. We recommend staying here!”

“The location was great --- near I35 and downtown New Braunfels. The river area was really nice too. BUT, don't take a lot of luggage as the place is really small. No stove for cooking, only microwave. Refrigerator is small but not tiny -- we thought it was adequate.We ran into a couple of maintenance issues... Manager was very responsive and they were adequately resolved.Washer and dryer are accessed from outside the unit in an attached room.”

“The place was quiet and relaxing, away from traffic, which is what I needed, yet close to town. It was very clean, and the check-in process was easy. I had no issues with the codes for the gate or the casita. I would definitely recommend!”

“Through no fault of the property owner, our check in process was horrible!!! I did reserve the property the day before check in, but the address to the property was never sent to us by Vrbo. After calling them, they put me on hold numerous times. After we finally got the address and entered it into navigation, I let them know that I expected door codes to be sent to me in 15 minutes. When we arrived at the property, there was a gate that required a code to enter and we had not received anything……

“This was a perfect fit to our need. We had an event in the area and didnt want to drive home at a late hour. We were able to enjoy this place even given our time constraints. It was well priced for what we were looking for. Honestly, I wish we were able to spend another night to fully enjoy and appreciate the place and location.”

“The property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Easy access to new braunfels and winery, but far enough away from town to have a quiet night alone.”

“The property was just what we needed. We enjoyed the back patio and chiminea, but it would have been nice to have firewood provided. Had to travel to the local 7eleven for firewood. The towels provided had a foul smell: not fresh. Other than this, a perfect, relaxed getaway. ”

“The house was right on the Guadalupe river. The back was all windows so you could see it even when indoors.I wish I would've brought my paddle board. Birds everywhere & saw a river otter.It was a great mini vacay. So relaxing. Close enough to other towns where there are activities.Hiking at the at multi locations.I really lo ed Gruene. some restaurants, boutiques. Day spa for massages and a winery.”

“From the very beginning, Lazy H Retreats was so easy to work with. They responded very quickly to inquiries. The house had everything we needed and was in a good location to everything we wanted to do. The stairway down to the river was amazing but there were ALOT of steps. Going down was easy, but coming up was a not as easy. Thankfully there are rest benches along the way back up!”

“This is a lovely place! Right near Market Days and the Square yet felt like we were out in the country. Very very clean and had access to a beautiful full and clean kitchen that is shared with the other two rentals. Wonderful outdoor seating area also. ”
