“Stayed at Eve’s Spring tiny house to go to a concert at Gruene Hall. Everything was as listed. Very clean. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood away from hustle and bustle of town but close enough to everything you need. Would definitely stay again!”

“Tucked away with private parking, fresh eggs, visits from a sweet rescue dog, a pool, and great a/c. I even saw a small herd of deer in the neighborhood. We stayed for a week while in town visiting family. Convenient to shopping & only a short trip downtown. Gracious & responsive hosts. We plan to stay again when we return to Austin.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for spring break and it was perfect for us, we are 20 and 21. The location is not far from Wimberly or New Braunfels, I think is was like 20 minutes to either of there downtown areas. It has everything you need and the place is so cute and quiet. Coming from a college town we were so surprised how quiet it was! “Everything about this property was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. Gated entrance, private river access close to the water, and beautiful location. Just set your stuff up at the river and leave it until you go home. The cottage was unbelievable. Outdoor grilling area downstairs overlooking the river, and a screened in porch upstairs. The interior was amazing with the original wood floors and unique decor. Everything was thought of. Comfortable beds, nice linens, extra blankets, and……
