“Just a little dirty parking lot”

“The baskets and pots of colorful flowers outside was a nice touch. This was a spur of the moment stay for us during our travels and like staying at non-chain locations to support local communities. The one thing I would say, although the room was visibly clean, it smelled of animal urine.”

“Beautifully renovated historical hotel with a super friendly welcome. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. There is some train noise during the night but it didn’t bother us that much (and would have been solved by ear plugs). The coffee and muffins from the bakery downstairs were sublime. ”

“Family and friends stayed here with us for our wedding weekend. The staff was so kind and on top of everything. They allowed us to use the dining room for a family pizza party the evening before our wedding. Breakfast was delicious and consistently refreshed. They are in the process of updates so it looks a little rough. But everything is clean and the live plants are a great touch.”
