“Jeyhan was splendid and offered us our rooms hours before the actual check-in time. They were also kind enough to send through a cake on my birthday! Yes, its a little remote but its a mere 5 AZN from the prime points of the city. Travel within Baku is ridiculously cheap by global standards so you will have no issues getting around on the cheap.
