“Such a lovely spot. The owner has thrifted every knob in this spot - clearly a love for antique and just awesome stuff in general but done well, not just cluttered. It looks great. Very comfortable stay. The AC is moldy (though they clearly try to keep in clean) and the ceiling fan is caked with…. Yuck. It’s up high and hard to clean. Unfortunately, those things left my husband struggling to breathe as he is asthmatic and very sensitive. One son was coughing a lot. It’s a cabin in the woods, so……

“First let’s begin with the check in process… My check in instructions directed me to a property management office that was closed. When I finally got in touch with someone, they responded via text. Instructing me on which unit was mine. When we went to enter the unit, dogs started barking. Which led me to believe that someone was living in the unit. After calling repeatedly, I was able to get the contact on the line. At which point she acted confused and told me it was a sales and lease agency.……

“We loved our stay at Spring Bay. The porch with the river view was our favorite part! Saw bald eagles and deer. The Current River outfitters stop putting you on after Labor Day, so we did a 14 mile float on the Eleven Point River. Hufstedler’s will put you on that river 365 days a year! The Eleven Point is a “protected” river so we had the whole float to ourselves, with an occasional fly fisherman. Saw more bald eagles, belted kingfisher’s and a bobcat! Last, this cabin might be more……
