This studio is so cute, exactly as described (actually better) and the cleanest place I've ever stayed from Vrbo! The decor is beachy, the bed was perfectly comfortable, the Netflix worked and there is even a fridge. Tyler, the host, was very responsive and friendly. I felt secure with the door lock. “Although it was a quiet area, the view of walls leading into a alley as your first look while leaving the property isnt the best. The secondary shower might work if you're 5 foot and dont have to turn around.... yes, its thats small.... honest opinion- not worth the $...”

“This home was just as advertised. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked better than most rental homes - with a large selection of pots, pans and other supplies. The location was ideal! We would definitely stay again!”

“I and three golfing buddies stayed at Our Dream Home for one night on Oct 19th. Splitting the rate four ways made it affordable and everyone would get their own bedroom. While the house was very neat and the furnishings were new and comfortable, the house itself needed a little more work to make it a two thumbs up recommendation. And the chain link fence on every property was a surprise. On top of that there was the neighbors dogs barking, far off sirens late into the night. Of course those two……

“Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs……

“Alison's house is adorable!! She really puts a lot time and thought into her decor. I appreciated this because it created such a nice atmosphere vs. some rentals that are just bare bones. The front porch and front yard were my favorite; comfortable and clean furniture and the house is set back from the road so it's quiet and relaxing. The location was great-such a quick walk to Asbury Avenue which is where the local downtown shops and restaurants are. It was also nice to go for a run on the 9th……
