“Water heater was broken, giving a rotten egg smell when hot water was being used. The office manager gave a refund for the inconvenience and had a technician coming to replace it. Aside from that. Everything was great. We have stayed here before and it was perfect. ”

“The hotel and area are really nice, a great place to spend the day. The hotel rooms are a bit dated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One reason I would not go back is due to the lack of a coffee maker in the room. Yes, there's coffee in the lobby but I don't want to go to the lobby in the morning to get coffee. ”

“Due to bad weather we arrived 1.5 hrs early but room wasn't ready. Asked to use pool while we waited for our room and was first told yes, then older man said no, not until room assigned. At 2:40 we were given a different room. The room was quite small for 4 people but was very clean. We also had to request to get room straighten and fresh towels. Breakfast was nice and the staff running it were very pleasant. The housekeeping lady was very nice and promptly tended to our room while we……

“Not sure if it was because they were remodeling the main lobby but they weren’t able to do smaller bills for the vending machines which says they took cards, 1’s and 5’s but was told they only take 1’s. Rooms were very nice, clean and cozy. It was overall worth the night away from life with the hubby. ”
