“I chose ihg holiday inn express and suites because it was 5 min close to where I needed to be in the next morning. I also chose it because the reviews looked decent and it was overall a clean hotel. the hotel needs an ac system or maybe that morning it wasn’t working but The elevator was way too hot for me and the hallways but other than that everything was good. One of the pillows did have someone else blood on it when I arrived. I put it to the side also the room did lack towels. I’m not sure……

“I've just checked in about 20 minutes. I wanted to take a bath after a long hot day. I turned on bathroom faucet and out burst the dirtiest brown water.
