“This hotel is by far a great hotel. I choose it every time I go home. The breakfast is wonderful most of the time. Housekeeping staff is totally awesome. My only complaint or concern is the two women that work up front on the day shift. Unprofessional, rude, lack of empathy and I’ll just stop there because I know y’all can see where I’m going with this. The evening shift lady is nice, helpful and very friendly.
