“It’s was good the team was nice and friendly and housekeeping was very nice and helpful but there was no snacks to buy it was empty only drinks this was the first holiday inn we stayed no pool may it only seasonal and no snacks to buy we had to go out to get some for 4 days no snacks and the keys had to be re-activate to or room they really need new keys for rooms but other than that it’s was ok who ever The general manager of building need to work on getting keys to rooms replaced or fixed……

“The facility is still going through a remodel of all the rooms. Entry door felt loose but did lock properly. Mattress was of a much cheaper quality and neither my wife or I slept well due to it. The bathroom door was hung improperly and needs to be either shaved in the top left corner so it will shut as it should. Need to re-caulk the entire shower, especially where the tub meets the floor. “The little cabin was in perfect shape; clean and with high-quality amenities. But for the weather, we had a wonderful time! The wording on the Provisions list was a little misleading. From the internet, it sounded as if the provisions were add-ons that you could purchase, but on the little flyer in the basket it sounded as if the provisions were free and you would need to pay only for any re-provisioning.
