“Nice and quiet ”

“My only complaint was that we thought we needed an extra bed.. so they brought us one .. but the mattress had really bad stains.. actually horrible... And the mattress looks unclean and dirty. Of course we did not use it we willed it back outside in the hall... Luckily for us we didn't need it we use the sofa couch. But overall The experience there was great”

“Room really clean”

“The facility is still going through a remodel of all the rooms. Entry door felt loose but did lock properly. Mattress was of a much cheaper quality and neither my wife or I slept well due to it. The bathroom door was hung improperly and needs to be either shaved in the top left corner so it will shut as it should. Need to re-caulk the entire shower, especially where the tub meets the floor. Water pressure and shower head were good. Clearly second hand end tables by bed were clean but very……

“It was very comfortable and staff was amazing.”

“The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. There were no bed-side lamps. Bathroom door was damaged, toilet not properly attached to the floor, toilet paper location awkward. Bathroom floor dirty. ”

“Didn’t have the password for the free Wi-Fi, didn’t have a do not disturb sign either ”

“The manager was very nice. The room was clean but could have used a better box spring or mattress. It popped and made sounds a lot when I moved.”
