“Had originally booked the weekend at one of the domes and the day before we check-in the office reached out and said the water lines to the domes had froze due to the winter storm coming and offered to put my family up in their event lodge or reschedule our vacation. We chose to take the lodge and so glad we did! It had more then enough room and the staff checked-in daily to make sure everyone was ok and had everything we needed. The location is quiet and one of a kind especially snow covered.……

“We had a great time exploring the coves on Douglas Lake in the canoe and paddle board. The lake water was clean and warm. Adrian was a great host. He was quick to respond to any issue that arose. The large fans were helpful to give us relief from the July humidity. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away, which isn’t too bad. This was a perfect place to stop for a few nights on our way to the Smokies. Thanks Adrian!”

“The RV and Outdoor Resort Gatlinburg were everything and more. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool, putt-putt, basketball courts and shuffle board! ”

“This is the place to stay! With a great location that is close to everything and genuine hospitality from Dean and Kelly, this place has taken the top of our lists for places to stay. You are so close to everything, but far enough away to be able to enjoy nature and being outside. It's the perfect mix of everything. The RV is swt up beautifully and is perfect for anyone traveling on their own or a small family. We will be back.”

“Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! ”
