“Kinda out dated Door locks were iffy But overall ok ”

“Everyone there was very friendly, and willing to help you. It was clean, up to date, and user-friendly. Again they could not have been any more helpful. Quite, convenient! They deserve a perfect 10.”

“Second time my daughter and I stayed here and we love it. We love the location and how its right on a creek. We actually saw a bear a couple times this time which was exciting. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. ”

“This lodge was so conveniently locate to everything but gave the feeling of a remote mountain cabin. The staff was above courteous and extremely sociable. Breakfast was good and the amenities were excellent. I will definitely be back.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“Hot tub and water slide were both out of service during our stay but it wasn't a big deal. We stayed in Gatlinburg the whole time pretty much. Got breakfast before we checked out. It was good.”

“This hotel is super nice even though it’s an older property it has been completely renovated. The staff were the best I have experienced at any hotel including all inclusives. It was amazingly clean and well maintained. The only drawbacks were, loud ac, no pool/hot tub, tight parking spaces, and the shower head wasn’t great (dual heads would be amazing as it is a huge shower. Those things were far from deal breakers. The river balcony was amazing and even saw a bear! Would absolutely stay there……

“Older hotel, but it had been updated. Appeared to be clean, and was quiet. The bed was awful tho. Near by to lots of things. ”

“This quaint Motel is such a refreshing change from the huge multi-story Hotels. Love it. You have your own assigned parking spot, easy access to downtown Gatlinburg walking or driving. Lovely seating by the creek. Just all around great place to stay.”

“Very nice !! One drawback is limited storage space for bedroom/ bathroom for personal items. An inexpensive improvement would be to add a second luggage rack in the closet for when 2 adults are sharing the bedroom !! OTHERWISE REALLY NICE Condominium for a short stay !!”
