“The property was the perfect ‘home base’ for graduation weekend! The townhouse was clean, had everything we needed and easy to get to off the beltline. Ubers to campus were reasonable - even at peak. Only regret is that we didn’t find it six years ago! Thank you! ”

“This was the perfect spot for us to spend our daughter's UW Madison graduation weekend. It was a little bit of a drive to campus (20 minutes), but we thought it was worth it. There was plenty of space, and having four bathrooms made it perfect for sharing the house with two sets of grandparents. The deck and backyard are great, and the house is located on a quiet cul de sac near a park that is great for walking. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is well stocked, and the hostess was friendly and……

“We had a delightful stay in Madison. The home was wonderfully quirky. The yard was huge; my corgi loved his walks outside! Geese, turkeys, rabbits, and squirrels visited. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, great art, living and dining area for times together, and different spaces for when we had to work. The home was 4 minutes from Whole Foods. And an easy drive to the university, botanical gardens, and amazing restaurants.”

“This house was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 5 in town to celebrate my youngest son’s graduation from UW. It was perfect for a late Saturday night dinner where we grilled burgers vs the stress of getting a dinner reservation on such a busy weekend. We also gathered for Sunday brunch before everyone headed home.
